Required CSS3,HTML5 freelancer for Looking for experienced ruby on rails developer, with very good english communication skills job

I run a saas application for which the front end part (currently coded using angular 1) will be completly reviewed by dedicated front end developers once the UX is completly reviewed. In the mean time, I'm looking for a full stack developer who has knowledge both in angular 1 and above plus consequent experience in rails (over 4 years) who can help develop high value features while UX is being rethought.

In parallel, a administration backoffice, used both for client administrator and super admin, must be developed from scratch (knowing that much of the backend is already existing) based on angular admin template like can be found on internet everywhere. The full stack developer should propose an approach and an evaluated time to implemenet a basic backoffice with authentification and CRUD on user and project objects.
