IMPORTANT: Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience creating campaigns in Ontraport.
The primary objective of the Ontraport Specialist is to support the team with set-up and configuration of the software/tools that are critical to the success of the product launch.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of online marketing concepts and tools used in the coaching and consulting industry. He/she loves to solve a wide range of problems and work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
Location: Virtual. Candidate must have reliable computer/internet access at their place of residence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Import/export data to/from CRM in order to categorize and tag contacts appropriately.
- Create and manage contact lists in the CRM.
- Design/create landing pages using OntraPages.
- Set up opt-in and shopping cart forms to connect to landing pages.
- Embed opt-in forms on to WordPress web pages.
- Create messages for email sequences and campaigns.
- Create sequences and campaigns in Ontraport.
- Configure abandoned cart sequences in Ontraport.
- Set up 1-click upsells in Ontraport.
- Integrate and connect Ontraport with different tools/systems using Zapier.
- Other duties as assigned.
