Required Web Scraping,.NET Framework freelancer for Looking for Html Agility Pack expert to fix social media scraper job

I have a social media scraper that uses HtmlAgilityPack but for some reason whenever I try to scrape a hashtag... it says it scraped the accounts but it never saved inside the CSV.

Please download and view the attached video showing the issue.

As you will see in the video. It does scrape accounts and even saves 73 of them into the CSV but after that, it scrapes more accounts but does not save to CSV.

If this is something you believe you know how to fix then please let me know how much time you estimate this would take you to fix. I appreciate it.
