Required Data Entry,Data Mining,Data Scraping,Internet Research,Microsoft Excel freelancer for Lexis Nexis Specialist/Sraper job

I've got a list of property addresses (with owner names). I need the owner's phone number and email address. Lexis Nexis has a database with this info. The issue is that each property has to be searched for literally one at a time - I can't just send them a list and have them spit out an excel file.

My contact list is over 10,000. Doing all of them manually isn't an option. I need to hire someone that, ideally, already has lexis nexis access - it's very expensive and I'd only need it for the duration of this task - but If not, then I'll figure something out. You'll basically be scraping the website for each property owner.

I have no clue how realistic this is, trust me.
