Required Engineering Design freelancer for Design Schematics for a Flying Vehicle job

I want to create a vehicle capable of elevating 900+ lbs over 30 ft. I need the vehicle to function much like a helicopter with the wings on the bottom of the vehicle (imagine a flying saucer or a hoverbike with only one fan). If you could provide me with a good design or ideas on how to approach the subject, I'd be willing to fund and carry out the project.
