Required Express Js freelancer for Deploy Squid Proxy instances on Atlantic.net VPS, working with existing Typescript Express API job

I'm looking to integrate the Atlantic.net VPS platform with my website's Typescript Express API. The API currently integrates with several other cloud VM solutions including Linode, Upcloud, Rackspace, and VPSie

To complete this project, we'll need to:
- Save Atlantic.net credentials to a MONGO database (front end, back end)
- Ability to create any number of squid proxies on Azure
- Save details of each proxy instance to the Mongo database
- Delete a single server from Atlantic + database
- Delete all instances from Atlantic + database
- catch all errors from Atlantic on the API side and return an error to display on the front end

These request should all be done in an async/await manner matching our existing API endpoints and format.

My ideal developer is highly communicative, very proficient in the Typescript flavor of javascript, and has experience working with Express APIs. They also have familiarity with basic dev ops deployment methods like 'containers'.
