Required Excel freelancer for Building a nonprofit database in RI job

I am looking for a reliable short term resource to build a small database of RI organizations
-Select Nonprofits in RI (BOD, Executive Team, Sponsors, Large Donors)
-Sponsors of Art Related Events in RI

Need names, titles, address, phone, email and LI profile (number of organizations between 10-20)

Looking for someone who knows how to dig and find information, as well as how to network to find it (some are published, some not) Ideally, someone who has executed and enjoys this type of work.
