Required software development freelancer for Install Server 2019 job

I have 2 Dell poweredge R620 that has esxi 5.5 installed on it and several VM's. I have upgraded and installed 2 new host in my environment and migrated the data off of these host. I want to convert one of these host into a backup DC that will sit in another room to provide redundancy.
I am able to get into the Idrac but I do not know how to upload the iso, ( I can get into the Dell controller also) off and install Server 2019.
