Some of the duties and responsibilities involved, but not limited to:

- Assist with packaging loans and prepare files for submission to processing review with complete documentation and disclosures for clients
- Open Title/Escrow; Follow-up with escrow to complete all open requests
- Review preliminary title reports to ensure proper vesting and verify property information
- Order and follow-up on appraisals, escrow, title, HOA items, insurance, and 3rd party verification's
- Track loans through process, and follow up on all files from submission to close
- Perform regular follow-up calls, document conversations and activity in management system
- Perform support/administrative tasks as requested
- Utilize comprehensive 'check off' lists to ensure all information has been obtained and is accurate
- Review closing statements for accuracy of payoff amounts, taxes being paid, Lenders Title Policy information, and Lender/Broker Fees
- Update or correct data from new loan files through loan software

Job Requirements:

- NMLS and DRE license not required, however, we will pay for initial licensing and education if desired.
- 1-2+ Year Mortgage-Real Estate industry experience desired; direct experience with mortgage loans not required but preferred. Real Estate work experience is also a plus.
- Must have previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Must be proficient in G-Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook applications
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong time management skills and able to meet strict deadlines
- Accurate with data entry, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Strong ability and desire to work with others in a cooperative and professional manner
- Must be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Must possess good judgment, be able to accept responsibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
- Ability to take on additional duties as necessary
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Hours & Compensation:

Initially, position requires 10+ hours per week during training with opportunity to move to full-time. The compensation for this position is an hourly wage plus per file commissions which will depend on experience.

Initial pay TBD for the first 30 days with room for incentives. Additionally, will have the ability to earn higher commissions per file through a competitive incentive program, based on ability to help increase production.

No benefits will be provided as this position will be an independent contractor working at the employee's choice of hours.
