Required Chrome Extension,React,javascript freelancer for React for Chrome Extension job

I'd like a Chrome Extension that refreshes a new image every time user opens a new tab. The extension would have a link at the bottom of the page to learn more about the image. And also I'd like this extension to be built with React for some reason. Will provide images for extension.
