We are an outsourcing company looking for German speakers to work within our customer support projects.
You will be offering first line support (answer general and technical questions) through the following communication channels: inbound/outbound calls, chat , emails.
All you need for this project is:
- To speak German at an advanced level (native or close to native), as the support will be in this language.
- To speak English fluently for training and collaboration purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, customer oriented attitude, able to deals with stressful situations
- Basic PC knowledge, Windows OS (all versions), mobile operating systems experience (iOS, Android).
- To own a computer with stable internet connection.
- To be willing to work during weekends from time to time
