My problem is that I have an ex-partner who has presented a significant number of 'stories' in court and in her affidavit that I can 'mostly' prove are lies. When answered one by one in court, she can come up with a fanciful excuse. Although these excuses are flimsy, they are often not enough for the courts to rule against her and find in my favour. Many of these are disgusting lies and hearsay from her and her friends. When I line them up all together, they show a pattern of inconsistencies that beggar belief.
She explains them as coincidences, I know they are not but I have to prove more than that in court. I need to prove correlation proves causation.
I can only assume that the other side (my ex) will employ someone like you to refute your calculations so they need to be strong and truthful and provable factually
My Job Objective is asking you.
1. Can we run a mathematical model to prove by sheer volume of lies [some actually provable and some highly suspicious as lies]
2. Is there a way to analyse the frequency and inconsistency of such a huge number of events (20-30) that 'I' know are lies, to present to the court a statistically significant correlation between 'provable lies' 'suspiciously look like lies' and 'wild stories' to a statistically significant 0.05% level or stronger, and prove she is lying with a high degree of confidence?

If this is possible and you are the person chosen to perform the calculation to see if correlation in this instance is shown strongly to be causation, then I would also need you to demonstrate to me by way of a copy of your 'Mathematical Credentials/experience' so it would stand up in court.
It might even be needed that when I go back to court on Appeal, you will be required to appear by telephone or Zoom or Skype internationally if need be, to demonstrate how you reached these conclusions and prove your bona fides. (if you dont want to appear in court, you can also spend time with me to explain how the calculations work and I can present them to the court)
I will pay your rate on an hourly basis for all time spent on my job and negotiate your rate if you need to appear by international hook-up.
