Required software development freelancer for Uccx Experienced Resource job

Looking to hire an experience UCCX resource who has hands on experience with below:

1. Managing and maintaining Cisco Uccx call flows for a complex contact center with multiple cisco adjuncts.

2. Managing and maintaining customer call flow Visio

3. Excellent troubleshooting skills to follow up in case of any call routing issues with Cisco contact center solutions.

This role is on a ongoing engagement with 10-15 hours required per week over a period of 6+months. Need support during US hours (minimal) when deploying changes.
