Required software development freelancer for Vonage/GoogleVoice Issues - Law Firm seeks help setting up virtual receptionist and call forwarding job

Lawyer, not IT person. Migrated from Google Voice to Vonage last year and had office manager setup system. Doesn't work properly. Google Voice isn't forwarding. Would like to keep GoogleVoice number as an active number because it's been used on advertising and media since 2015. Presently these calls are only forwarding part of the time and we are missing client calls and calls from other lawyers.
Additionally, I don't think my Vonage lines are setup for what I need. I don't understand all of the tech lingo, despite being somewhat tech saavy.
