Required Construction,Engineering Drawing freelancer for Draft correction job

The job is a correction of a previous architect's mistakes, for this addition bedroom& bathroom to existing house. I have the Town old drawings (scanned pdf) , the re-drawing in CAD (with mistakes), and hand sketches by the owner. Some notes on what the town looks for.
Deliverables:
Drawings for READY for filing @ the town, in both PDF & CAD, including the required notes (general, structural,....etc).
Type of freelancer: Architect / Engineer.

This is a first/test job here, many more to come if it works our.
I believe it's a straight fwd job for any architect or engineer, the only thing is that time is of a huge essence here. Sunday noon, owner needs to see it!
