Required Proofreading freelancer for Proofreading and formatting job

I have a 150k .odf file of short stories and edited notes, no graphics, requiring minimal proofreading but complete formatting for self publishing in ebook and print on demand. The writing's done, now it's a matter of getting it in shape for publishing very likely on Amazon. Working on a cover could be part of the job.
