Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Mechanical Engineering Needed for Pressure Vessel job

We are manufacturing a pressure vessel for a client. We did the design based on the clients previous design. There has been some small modifications to the design. We need a PE to give the vessel a rating. We need a minimum rating of 1000psi. Drawings are attached. Please provide pricing and lead time.
