Required 3D CAD Design freelancer for CAD drawing fro three parcel residential subdivision plan and table job

I need to modify by draft subdivision plan and put it on a CAD drawing. This is an acre lot that needs to be split into three residential parcels. I need to make it an exhibit to a permit application. I will supply underlying CAD/survey and need to add a table that shows compliance info.
