Required Oracle PLSQL freelancer for PL/SQL Code to parse json till next Monday job

Hi,
we have some code which is working on Oracle 12.2, but it must also work on
12.1.0.2.
The problem is, on 12.1 json_object_t, json_array_t and json_object_t are not available or have some limitations to 12.2.

What we need in the next two day.

For two different json formats we need PL/SQL code (compliant to 12.1) which assign json content to variables and print out the content ad debug information. As soon as your code is available, we will replace the debug output with the relevant INSERT statements to create the content in our DB

I have also added some of the 12.1 non-compliant code as an example.
