Required Analog Circuits,PCB Design,Arduino,Android App Development,Electronic Design freelancer for Electronics Engineering job

I require an electronics engineer that has design experience with Arduino and android app UI development. The project is to produce a concept product from Arduino. The project has one analogue input, one digital input, one digital output and the UI. A circuit diagram will need to be designed and submitted. A description of operation will be provided from which you will need to produce a logic diagram and the code. The Arduino board, analogue input sensor and digital input sensor will be provided you will need to source all other parts. A working product must be produced. Familiarity with designing this project would be a definite advantage. Please include references of past projects.
