We are looking for an assistant who will take care of placing orders with our suppliers.
Before starting, I present our company. We sell lighting fixtures on the website for private and professional customers.
We use as CRM Prestashop and logistics software Effitrace.
1) We need a person with certain qualities, could you describe to me your qualities and skills?
We would like to be assisted by a person who would place our orders with the different suppliers, in a regular way and following a process specific to each supplier (some by email in the form of pdf or excel file, others via their online platform).
PS: in a second, we would have other requests for help (customer management, importing stocks via an excel file in our CRM, ...)
2) How do you work in terms of cost?
3) What are your availability times?
4) Do you know how to speak several languages (French, English, Dutch and German)?
5) Is there someone working on our account or a team?
PS: at first, we would need 30 min to 1 hour daily every day.
