Required Database freelancer for Developer needed for extracting data and implementing search engine for scientific articles job

We need a developer to perform several data science tasks:

1. Extract and clean publication metadata from Pubmed/EuropePMC (e.g. title, DOI, subject, abstract, journal/conference, authors, affiliation). Use of Python + Jupyter Notebook is preferable for this step. Store structured data in a database (Neo4j)

2. Implement search engine (e.g. ElasticSearch) for the extracted publications that finds publications related to the query. Search results have to be accessible through simple frontend application (e.g. similar to Google Scholar) and display the following:
2.1 Publications related to the query with basic filtering functionality
2.2 For each publication in the search results - display top 5 related publications.
2.3 Most commonly co-occuring keywords among the search results.
