We need a way to access it via API to automatically update our system with
- new members
- deleted or expired members

You will not need to take care of our system's update.
The focus will just be on the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge APIs.
You'll need to know about the different versions of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
