Required PCB Design freelancer for Simple PCB design job

I need a Gerber file or equivalent to take to a local PCB manufacturer. The PCB is very simple. I have hand drawn/layout/etched the first few prototypes myself. Now I'm looking for a consultant who will do the initial layout and updates as needed.
PCB size is up to 5' x 3' with an included blank/test area of 2' x 1' for future test circuit if needed. Don't need this too compact in the first one, in case I need to cut and rewire any traces.
