Exchange Migration consultant needed to guide and provide best practices consultation to migrate 1200 mailboxes of sizes ranging from 2GB to 50 GB mailboxes from Exchange 2016 hybrid configuration.

Tasks
1. Perform health check of existing configuration (configuration to migrate is already completed and 1 mailboxes are already migrated). Need to do sanity check

2. Provide best practices in managing performance while migrating mailboxes from 2GB to 50gb in sizes (bandwidth)

3. Converting mailboxes to shared mailboxes
4. License planning
5. Overall security and planning and implementing actual migration of 1200 mailboxes plus troubleshooting
