Required Data Entry,Microsoft Excel freelancer for creating an excel formula on excel job

Needing someone to create an excel formula that will allow me to quickly enter and synthesize data


will need a formula that allows me to:

loan amount x either 1.30, 1.20, or 0.85
take both 35% and 65% of the loan amount
multiple either 0.10, 0.085, or 0.08 of the 35% and 65% of the loan amount
50/50 split of the loan amount
Subtract the split from the 35% and 65% loan amount
