We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ad Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful ad campaigns. As a Facebook Ad Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, optimizing, and managing all aspects of our Facebook advertising efforts to achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and/or increase sales.
2. Manage all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, ad creative development, budget management, and performance tracking.
3. Conduct audience research and analysis to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for effective ad targeting.
4. Create engaging and persuasive ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, and other multimedia content, that resonate with target audiences.
5. Monitor ad performance metrics, such as reach, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
6. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify the most effective ad elements, messaging, and targeting strategies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Facebook advertising and incorporate them into our ad strategies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
9. Provide regular reports and analysis of Facebook ad campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
10. Stay compliant with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure ad approval and compliance.
