Required Python,TensorFlow freelancer for RNN in Tensorflow job

the code is about classifying the text depending on its sentiment (positive, negative) depending on Stanford IMDB dataset for training and on the Embedding of Stanford Glove algorithm. in this work, I am working with RNN(LSTM).
my problems are two: the first one is for shuffling the training data to randomly feed them to the model.
the second problem in the placeholder, always in the feed_dict I got the error message about the size of the data I have fed to the model with.
