Required Wordpress freelancer for Wordpress Help (Cornerstone Editor, X Theme) job

I would like some help getting a brand new site setup - starting with just a homepage.

Basic things - mostly related to the Theme (formatting home-page correctly, sub pages, site menu, etc)

I'm using X Theme which comes with the Cornerstone editor. The person hired will need to be familiar with this software.

I'm looking for a long-term working relationship with several, fixed priced contracts.

Please includes 'Blue Falcon' at the beginning of your proposal.
