We need a bookkeeper to help us with our Buildium program for our small property management company. We own and manage 11 buildings with approximately 80 tenants. We currently have it set up in Buildium but don't use all the functions Buildium offers. We need a professional that understands the ins and outs of Buildium. Reconciliation of books with proper category setups & assignment of expenses & income to those categories. You will also be providing a monthly bookkeeping service on an ongoing basis to help our business profit. Any knowledge of Profit First procedures is helpful.
