Please look at the following description of what needs to be done, and submit to me a firm fixed price bid, along with the # of hours you estimate it will take for you to complete the work (I can calculate your hourly rate from those two numbers). I will only consider bids with reasonable hour estimates and hourly rates. You should at least be able to read ruby code, as the current site is in ruby, and you should be proficient in node.js and react.js, as that's the new tech stack.
While this bid is a one time request, there may be future requests for work on this codebase or other codebases that I work with. I'm listing it as an ongoing bid because I look to build long term win win relationships. I only work with honest, hard working people, and as we work together I will learn whether you are both. I have a lot of work for honest, hard working people, but I don't work with anyone that isn't both honest and hard working.
