We would like you to assess our digital health platform and conduct a 360 degree analysis on our site's functionality, ensuring that our site is HIPAA compliant.

Qualifications & Requirements:
> In-depth knowledge of cross-platform open EMR development and management
> Experience with HIPAA compliant rules
