Required Microsoft Excel freelancer for Excel guru needed - Budget Spreadsheet job

Need a fairly easy to use annual personal budget spreadsheet to be created. I would like the spreadsheet to allow formulas to cross from one page to another. I have one currently but would like it to be much easier on the eyes and a bit easier to use, if possible. I need the ability to add rows or delete as necessary without messing up any formulas. I would also like for it to automatically calculate savings based on monthly amounts I put in and subtract when any debt is paid - mortgage, credit card, truck, etc.

Need someone who is fairly easy to work with and open to suggestions. I have an idea in my head of what I'd like this to be but need someone to help me bring it to life.
