I am looking for a professional designer who can take an idea and turn it into reality quickly. Please be reliable and available immediately. I am open to any theme builder's of your choice, just let me know what you are most comfortable with. I will set up the development site and install whatever is needed for you, I need you to create the site all the way through. No SSO, content writing or development needed, just straight design.

This will hopefully go quick for you, should be simple for anyone who is seasoned and have some decent themes in their toolbox.
I will not accept cookie cutter responses, I would only assume that your designs match the response. Please let me know how many hours this will take you, or set a fair fixed price will be acceptable as well. Also, please if your profile doesn't contain samples of your work, please include some that show me that you are capable of producing sites like the above. If we work well together, there seems to be an influx of projects coming in, so hopefully I can find someone that I can rely on consistently.
