Required software development freelancer for Salesforce Expert (Los Angeles) job

Hello,

We are looking for a salesforce expert who had a high-level of experience with building out custom salesforce lead views and integrations.

Our problem:
Salesforce is a system that we are using BUT the user experience for our salespeople is VERY disorganized and clunky, it does not easily show lead history, notes etc.

We need someone who can customize the salespersons VIEW to make it look very much like an At-a-glance dashboard for each lead.

Note, we are going to be using saleforce for the next year or so, but we are also looking for someone who can provide us with other CRM solutions and import/export Salesforce data to get us up and running with a new CRM.

Some work would need to be done on-site in our Los Angeles office.
