We have a framework for a service flow and a basic implementation of Zoho for ticketing.
AVT services audio visual systems (video conferencing) remotely as well as onsite using field technicians.
We would like assistance firstly in terms of the effect and best practices on our workflows, and secondly in terms of consulting and planning on some more advanced features, as well as the implementation of the features. These being; 1. A form for technicians to use on mobile devices (android tablets) for works orders and to get sign off. 2. A method of time tracking for technicians on site and remotely, with a bill-ability check and record. 3. We need a mechanism for allowing service administrators to have visibility on existing SLA contracts via an integrated database, as well as track tickets against these contracts.
