- We are looking for a data expert who is extremely experienced/fast/qualified with Excel, Access and SQL.
- The goal of the project is to create a database in Excel that can be uploaded into Salesforce.
- At present, we have dozens of Excel spreadsheets, many of which have duplicate information. We are looking to combine these spreadsheets (after defining the needed columns of data/information), deduping the information and then adding/correcting/confirming the information (so test the e-mails and for the ones that bounce, figure out where the people have gone and what their new contact information is).
- The information we are trying to organize/gather/update is for California based C-Level Executives (ie. CFO, CEO, COO, General Counsel etc.) - we will need the following information for each person:
- First name, Last name, E-mail address (work), E-mail address (person), LinkedIn profile link, Twitter handle, Instagram Link, Facebook link, Title, Company name, work phone (direct line), Cell phone number, Company Industry (industry list TBD), Company SIC Code, Company annual revenue in millions (will likely want actual numbers (i.e. $511M) + ranges of numbers (Less than $25M, ,$25M to $100M, $100M to $250M, $250M to $500M, $500M to $1Bn, $1Bn to $5Bn, $5Bn+)
- We also have information of if/when people registered for or came to one of the 5 events we have done (this information will be provided)
- Category of the contact will also be important (i.e. if they are a member, potential member, sponsor, potential sponsor, speaker, potential speaker etc.), private equity professional, venture capital professional etc.
- More information to be provided in the kick-off meeting
- Access to the following databases would be extremely helpful: LinkedIn (ideally LinkedIn Recruiter), Data.com, Insidesales.com, Hoovers/D&B, Discovery
- Skill in checking/confirming e-mail addresses also required
