Required software development freelancer for IoT Architect job

We are setting up an IoT environment on AWS. We will be collecting a wide range of IoT information. IoT information can include video, speech and data streams. This information will need to be transformed and stored in a variety of places. We will have a backend AI system that will digest and review this information.

We need someone to do the following.

1) Work with our AWS Architect to design the IoT infrastructure.
2) IoT setup of test devices.
3) Create design documentation that will be reviewed by the team.
4) Work with the team to pull test data.

This is for an NIH grant and will require that the IoT architect be either a US citizen or a green cardholder.
