Required Data Mining,Data Scraping,Web Scraping freelancer for Data Mining & Management job

I need a scraper for extracting Yelp listings. I need the scraper to formulate a excel/cvs file with the following variables:

Restaurant name
Owner name; if not applicable restaurant name
Restaurant website url
Yelp page url
Phone number
City
Email
Opening hour

I'd also need to run it for whatever areas I choose and on a regular basis from my computer.
