We have a production environment with django-cookiecutter that runs with docker. Hosted on digitalocean

Whenever the project is built from the the local machine everything runs fine, the moment it is run from circleci, it breaks even though the deploy shows that is is successful.

I need an experienced devops person with django experience to help debug this issue as fast as possible
