Seeking native English speaker for a Zendesk service role in a growing organization. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. The role requires phone and email availability M-F 2-9PM Eastern time to answer customer questions on products and company policies, troubleshoot issues, take customer orders, and provide order updates.
