Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Machine learning - write a classifier for better coefficient for a set of criteria job

For the US stock market data, I have identified Catalysts and Claimants. Catalyst are events such as earnings, 13D filings, drug approval, etc. Claimants are what market pundits claim would happen. I need to
a) write a custom classifier to wrap around the Catalysts to gain a better coefficient than RF and Multivariate LSTM. You will also split the data for optimal training/test
b) Show that the coefficient is superior
c) compare the results against Claimants to identify who is superior and for which Catalyst

The main goal is to come up with better coefficient than RF/MLSTM

I will provide the Catalyst and dataset.
