Required C# freelancer for Need to connect a PLC to visual studio using C# job

We need a code to connect a PLC to a software programmed on visual studio C#.
The code must be able to read real time variables, Timers, memory and Logs from the following PLC's
1- Siemens LOGO!
2- Siemens 1200
3- Delta DVP12SE
