Hello!
I am requiring a Dashboard that visually represents and gives me my store information in a clear, practical, and dynamic manner.
I have Excel file where there are three visible sheets.
Everything is in spanish, but since the sheets are very simple I am sure you will have no problems understanding them.
The most important words that you need to know are:
listas = lists
ventas = sales
pagos = payments
clienta = client
prenda = item
talla = size
calidad = fabric
precio = price
tienda = store
So basically I would like a dynamic dashboard that shows the following information:
1) List of all clients that owe me money (you have the sell information and you have the payment information so far). Also be able to filter the data to just show the top 20 that owe me money.
2) Statistics (graphs and data) that show: a) total items sold, b) colors sold, c) stores, d) clients that purchase items, e) quality of items, f) size of items, g) price of items (histogram maybe?), h) top 20 types of items sold, i) fabric type, etc. Basically an overview of all that information, for example, show the data of total items sold and maybe a graph that shows the top 10 or 20 (toggle switch for this maybe?) of the items sold. Another example, a graph of the distribution of sales for different sizes, another graph for colors, another for item's fabric, etc. I think you get my point.
3) A visualization in graph form and data table regarding how much money I have sold in products today, this week, this month, this year, and in-between dates (to and from dates).
That's it for my ideas... obviously if you have more ideas to show in the dashboard I would love to hear from them. Also if you could show me a couple of screen captures of previous dashboards that you have created I would really appreciate it.
