Required Microsoft Word,Paralegal Services freelancer for Edit form lease with new tenant information job

Looking for a paralegal who understands residential lease agreements to edit our form lease in Microsoft Word. There are approximately 20 fields that need to be edited specific to each tenant. These include tenant's name in various locations throughout the lease, monthly rental rate, property address and unit number, security deposit, first and last month's rent, a checkbox on the lead paint disclosure form, and a couple of other fields. This work typically takes me 10 minutes to complete, start to finish. I just hate doing it. I'm seeking someone who loves doing this and am willing to pay $25 for 10 minutes of quality time. I expect perfection and no mistakes as this is VERY basic but requires significant attention to detail. This will be an ongoing requirement as I have 40 units which requires 40 rental agreements and they are constantly turning over. Thank you.
