Required Business Intelligence,Microsoft Power BI freelancer for Create PowerBI KPI Dashboard from Spreadsheet in Dropbox job

We have an existing KPI dashboard via BrightGuage (webapp) that projects a KPI dashboard. The data is pulled from a spreadsheet we update daily in Dropbox. We would like to reproduce this KPI screen in Power BI.

There are 6 KPI gauges:

5 are dial gauges - with color coding of red/yellow/green
1 is a currency display - with color coding of red/yellow/green

All 6 are displayed on a single page and update automatically within 15 min of when the spreadsheet in Dropbox is updated.
