We are seeking an independent (NO AGENCIES) YOUTUBE MARKETING STRATEGY Manager to assist us in growing our YouTube channel subscribers, engagement, and advertising plan.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will:
- in-depth experience with specifically YOUTUBE marketing
- a sense of design that compliments our brand (i.e. if bold yellow lettering across videos is your favorite look, please close your browser now)
- a pulse on personal consumer trends
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to develop, plan, and implement YOUTUBE strategy
- Work with our Influence Outreach Manager to support outreach
- Suggest content for our channel
- Plan and implement AdSpend on YouTube with our AdSpend Manager
- Drive engagement + start conversations with strategic and appropriate brand mentions
- Reveal and report issues and/or trends relevant to our brand and report these to the Digital Marketing Manager.
We need someone with an analytical mind combined with ability to speak up and make suggestions - PRO-ACTIVE with a SMILE.
Our team is almost entirely remote.
The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills and will be comfortable working independently while ensuring alignment with other team members using tools such as ASANA and SLACK.
