We are a new company (a subsidiary of a larger company) but have a 3 large projects to begin with. Rather than use ERP, we are evaluating using Zoho One for our Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracting company.
IN other words, we are a pipeline contractor - have no legacy/past systems to transition, so will be starting fresh. WE will be using Google G-suite (legacy free version) for our email, but rest we want to evaluate using Zoho One.
I will share the list of modules which are typically used in an EPC company's ERP (Sap/Ramco) which we hated using - hence, prefer to use something much lower cost and flexible such as Zoho One.
Before we define the scope of the report, I'd like to find freelancers who have experience in setting up Zoho One in a contracting/tendering/EPC company.
