Required software development freelancer for DevOps engineer with some AWS experience job

I'm looking for a devops engineer to extend the sysops team of one of my clients.

This job basically consist of the following task:
- Shell scripting
- CI/CD (BitBucket, CodeDeploy)
- Creating tools for developers
- Creating documentation of existing infrastructure
- Monitoring and operations on client's AWS account (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, CodePipeline)

Requirements:
* At least 1 AWS associate certification
* Shell scripting & one other scripting language (python / nodejs)
* At least junior level in automation / devops.
* Ideally, you're located in Asia. That way, we cover more time zones.
