Required SSL,VPN,Network Equipment freelancer for SonicWall Expert - VPN issue job

we have a sonicwall router and users are using ssl vpn, the issue is it disconnects everyone every 2 or 3 hours. they are active workers and in the middle of their work it disconnects, we need to fix the issue.
